New User -- I have RDP fullscreen on two of my three monitors, but the root Windows taskbar is always on top. I can see the remote taskbar through the overlayed, semi-transparent root taskbar.
The taskbar displays correctly if I'm not in full-screen RDP. And, I can access the RDP toolbar fine if I expand it one row taller -- then both toolbars are visible/stacked.

If you're not on it already, can you try updating to our latest beta and see if the issue persists? Here's the link: https://www.displayfusion.com/Download/Beta/
