Hello, Windows 10 I can no longer see the Little Bar on the windows in full screen. Chrome in the full-screen window does not see the littlebar.
How can I fix the problem?

This is because the TitleBar Buttons would overlap the tabs that you have open. If you want to override that anyways, enable the "Treat Top-Tab Browser Windows as Standard Windows" option in the Settings > Advanced Settings window.
