I am using the wallpaper fusion source to display backgrounds. I am displaying my favorited backgrounds through this account, but they dont seem to change after the first dual screen wallpaper is displayed. Could be a long interval like 1 hr+, is there a way for me to change this to a shorter different interval, like 15 minutes?

Yep! After enabling the 'Load random images' checkbox, the 'Interval' box should show up just below the Sizing drop-down.
