Your phone app shows on both taskbars

I am having an issue with this app

when I move it to my 2nd monitor where I would like the app to show and it does show there but its icon shows up on both taskbars

how would I make it show on only the taskbar of the monitor the program is open in? I am not having any issue with any other program.
