[Bug - v7.0.0 Beta 6] Pixabay API Error

Performing a "Get Settings" with Pixabay works just fine. After you click "Use these settings" and then apply the changes, you get an error. See below.

The problem lies in the "per_page" parameter. The maximum stated allowed "per_page" value is 200, but the program is asking for 500. I found this out by checking out their API documentation page (http://pixabay.com/api/docs/).

Lowering the per_page value to 200 should fix the problem.

I've tested and confirmed this here as well, and we'll get it fixed up for 7.0 Beta 8. Thanks for investigating it and letting us know what the issue is!
