Additional Orphaned Title Bar Buttons

Using DF v4.3 & Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit

I am occasionally seeing orphaned Title Bar buttons appearing for a few seconds - usually when navigating the IE8 Favourites menu. They appear where the mouse has just been and disappear when any selection is made.

Would you be able to do the following so that we can see if we exclude those menus from getting TitleBar Buttons?

Enable debug logging on the Troubleshooting tab (set it to Logging: Important Only) and click Apply
Reproduce the issue a couple of times (please note the time so I'll know where to look in the log file)
Send me the %appdata%\DisplayFusion\DisplayFusion.log file (can be found by clicking the 'Open Log' button on the Troubleshooting tab)
Disable debug logging after sending the log
