I have an issue where some apps, will always show on the main taskbar regardless of which display the app is running on. Is there anyway to force the app to show on the ocrrect taskbar?

FOr a long time this used to happen with the netflix app but something seems to have fixed that one, but it still happens with a number of other apps.
