I have noticed that when I have a pinned item on my secondary monitor (the one with DF taskbar) and I launch an application it briefly (<1second) launches the application on the Windows taskbar and then switches to the DF taskbar.

Is this an expected behavior? Just Curious.

I am running the latest Beta and Windows 8.1. I have a two monitor set up.

That is the expected behaviour. Some applications aren't able to be moved before the window is visible, so for the best compatibility, DisplayFusion waits until the window is visible, then tells it to move
