Found another, I guess. I wanted to demonstrate with DF at high priority that the buttons still slide around like they attached on gel mounts when you move a window. I started Camtasia recorder and the buttons, while they appear during recording, are not captured! Odd. Don't know if there's anything to do about it, other than to note it, I thought I would report it.

I can't imagine why they aren't being captured, but I also have no idea how Camtasia is capturing the data from the screen. The titlebar button windows are created using something called layered windows (WS_EX_LAYERED) which may have something to do with it. They don't behave like standard windows. I'm going to mark this topic as complete for now, as there isn't much I can do about Camtasia. :(

Camtasia works properly otherwise; it's just that it doesn't show your buttons. Unless somebody is specifically documenting titlebar buttons it doesn't really matter. If they are documenting them, as I was, you gotta wonder why. Probably best that it doesn't work..., eh?

I wouldn't sweat it.

Layered windows is also why you can't (easily) capture a picture of a video that's playing in Windows Media Player. You would think if you can see it.... :?
