Running Windows 8.1 and classic shell. I've noticed this issue most with chrome. When I only used the default taskbar it worked fine, but when I started using the multimonitor taskbar, I noticed I can't minimize things with the top button. I can minimize a window by clicking on the icon on the taskbar, but if I use the button in the top right corner, the program will briefly minimize and then pop back up. A similar thing happens with the toggle full stretch button. The window briefly shrinks and then goes back to full stretch. The close button works fine so I know they are not all broken.

I have the same problem - Chrome cannot be minimized by icon on the corner when it is opened on external monitor. It is annoying

I'm having the exact same problem and I installed the beta version and it did NOT fix my issue.

I am running Windows 8.1 with DisplayFusion 7.2 Beta 5. I am unable to use the Google Chrome browser's minimize button when the window is on my second monitor.

I'm having the same issue as well.

I upgraded to 7.2 Beta 7 but still have the same issue.

I have the same problem with Chrome. I'm running DisplayFusion 7.2.
I can't minimize or restore from the upper right icons. It hides but then it automatically maximizes again.
The only way I can minimize Chrome is to click on the taskbar icon.
