Whenever I try to log in to my account, it does a split second load then stops. And whenever I try to check for an update (I want to use the beta versions due to an audio switching issue I'm having on monitor profiles) it always says "Could not load the latest version number. Object reference not set to an instance of an object."

Could you send over a debug log? Here are the steps:

  • On the DisplayFusion Settings > Troubleshooting tab, change the Logging drop-down to "L1: Log Minimal" and click Apply
  • Try to login through the Settings window
  • Click the "Export Info to File" button on the Settings > Troubleshooting tab
  • Reply with the file attached
  • Disable debug logging after sending the log

Thanks!

{"error":{"id":104,"message":""}}
or do you get a different error?

Ok, thanks! Can you check to see if DisplayFusion.exe is blocked in the Windows Firewall settings (or a third-party firewall app if you have one installed)?
