just installed the 4.3 from 4.2 and now i can't scroll to the apply button to change the desktop. there's no scroll bar on the new window.

I just ran "system restore" and got back to version 4.2, and the scroll bar is there, but now It's not in english anymore.
I only updated to 4.3 because a promt from binary fortress comes up at each startup of windows. running windows 7 btw.

found version 4.0 in my download files and ran that. all is fine. in english again.
