When you disable the jump lists on the mulch-monitor taskbar, and try right clicking on any window in the taskbar, the context menu renders behind the taskbar!
I hate jump lists, any chance this will be fixed in the next beta?

I could only get this to happen once out of every 10 or 15 clicks. Does it happen every time for you?
What if you have jump lists enabled, and shift+click on the taskbar item?
