DF taskbar not displaying on main monitor with Windows 10

I have Multi-Monitor Taskbars enabled, but can only get one on my second monitor. I don't see an option anywhere to even hide the main monitor bar.

Replacing the Windows taskbar with the DisplayFusion taskbar isn't a supported setup, but there is a way to make it work.
