I think a great feature for this app would be to control focus based on what window is under the mouse. Specifically when trying to scroll an app when moving between screens. Make the app under the mouse scroll instead of sticking with the app on the other screen.

My $0.02,
Don

There already are long-standing small completely unintrusive utilities which do this perfectly, such as http://antibody-software.com/web/software/software/wizmouse-makes-your-mouse-wheel-work-on-the-window-under-the-mouse/ (recently updated) or the older KatMouse (both free) - mainly they scroll whatever is under the mouse (without applying focus unnecessarily), but can be set to auto-focus as well. Of course, if Jon wishes to reinvent the wheel, that's his business... :-)

Just installed WizMouse (on W7 Ultimate 64-bit) after seeing this - brilliant! Another essential piece of software, especially for those with multiple monitor set-ups.

@Kilmatead: Thanks for the recommendations, they sound like excellent pieces of software. :)
