I love how there is a hotkey to make windows a certain percentage transparent, but it would be even cooler if DF remembered a window was supposed to be transparent when reopened.

Is this a program that you would always want to be transparent? If so, you can create a Window Location rule that would run the transparency hotkey automatically whenever the application opens.
