I know this should be the job of a theme.., but i havnt found a good one. or another program to do this, and i would really love to change the color of the Text on titlebar and thumbnail to white, because i prefer darker colors for windows.. which makes black text unreadable.., so a checkbox to switch back to white text, would be much appreciated

I did read about someone patching some system files to accomplish this, but i couldn't find any links, and this would be better if it could be used WITH custom themes (i use a w7 theme, but the developer refuses to change the text color)
