As you can see on attched picture in GPU core clock field there are some pikes. It means that GPU core waking up from energy efficient state and then go back.

It happens only if displayfusion launched. After unloading displayfusion from memory core clock chart becomes flat

Interesting! Would you be able to try disabling DisplayFusion features (taskbar, TitleBar Buttons, etc) one at a time to see if any of them make a difference? It would be great if we could narrow this down to a specific feature.

I'm sorry Keith but it looks like it's not fault of DF.

It happens even with DF off when I placing any active window on the second monitor and moving it. So it's normal work for nvidia driver.

And my experiment was not clear in first time.
