Perhaps I'm missing something very obvious, but how can I create a hotkey or similar that will allow me to switch between dual monitors with an extended desktop and mirrored desktop?

In other words:
- working in dual monitor extended desktop
- use hot-key or similar
- now working in dual monitor with mirrored desktops

Thanks!

ps - has the feature to be notified about new replies been added to the Discussions, yet? If so, how do we subscribe to new replies?

Unfortunately DisplayFusion's Monitor Configuration feature doesn't currently support cloning/mirroring, but we're planning to add it in the future, so I'll be sure to post an update when we do.

As for the email notifications, just log in to the portal (http://portal.displayfusion.com) and enable the "Allow emails" option. Or, if you prefer, I can turn it on for you in our system.

Thanks!

FYI: It dawned on me that I can use the built-in Windows 7 ability to toggle between extended and duplicated (mirrored) displays by using the win-key+p; typically used when (dis)connecting a projector, but works great for switching between display modes as well.

We've just released DisplayFusion 5.1 Beta 8 (http://www.displayfusion.com/Download/Beta/), and the Monitor Configuration feature now includes the ability to work with cloned monitors.

Thanks!
