I have a 3 display setup where the 3:rd display is set to be ignored using above setting when using move to next/previous monitor.
This is broken in the 8 betas. If I revert to any previous versions, currently using version 7.3.2, then it works correctly.
I was able to reproduce this issue here, and I've added it to our list. We'll be sure to let you know as soon as we're able to fix it up :)
