unable to load some window in the window position profile. for example, the task scheduler, command prompt,etc will not load properly after saving it. Attache is my backup setting for your view. Please let me know what are my issue.
BTW,
It works using Restore Window Positions from Last Saved but i want use this feature instead Load Window Position Profiles:Tri_WindowPosition.
Could you try editing the Window Position Profile and clear the "Window Text" condition from the entries for the applications that don't work?

I tried that already and it still failed. I'm curious why the function "Restore Window Position From Last Saved" works fine fot all the window position but if i tried "Load Window Position Profiles:Tri_WindowPosition" the position is mess up. What is the difference between the two except one is loading using Position Profiles?
