I'm using 11.0-Beta2 and noticed that none of the LibreOffice application windows can be moved to next/prev display with middle-click.
Keybind works in both directions.
Maximized/unmaximized state of the windows does not matter. Click doesn't work in any state and keybind works always.
Not sure which version I've seen this working last because I rarely move these windows but I believe this was working before.

Additionally, maximized LO windows can't be moved between displays with dragging either.
What version of LibreOffice are you running?

Tested this with LODev 7.5.0.0alpha0, LO 7.6.5 and LO 24.2.1. All behave the same.
I was able to reproduce that here so I've added it to our list to look into.

This issue is still present in Beta7.
