Hello,
I recently switched from Dual-Monitors to a single Samsung Ultra-Wide screen.
I want to use "Monitor Splitting" with DisplayFusion 9.9 and my setup looks like this:

Basically this works exactly as I wished.
There is just one problem that gives me the creeps:

MAXIMIZING A WINDOW IS NOT WORKING AS IT IS SUPPOSED TO! ???

The first thing is, that the icon of the "Maximize"-button on the window-controls does not change, when beeing maximized, like it should:

In maximized state the window is NOT locked and can still be dragged/resized, which happens constantly when working.

It is mostly annoying in Edge-Browser for example, when switching tabs.
Normally you bring the mouse-cursor to the highest position on the screen and click on the tab:

Now it is not working like this. The highest position is for resizing the window. Switching the tap is 5 pixels below :x:

As I found the post "Maximizing Windows Utilizing Screen Splits" during my research, I see this issue is known at least for some years now.
https://www.displayfusion.com/Discussions/View/maximizing-windows-utilizing-screen-splits/?ID=1e458c05-7f83-4045-af5b-0f5255957ecb

Is there anything I can do against this issue?
Have there been any improvments in the software since then?

Thank you

Yeah, as that thread mentions DisplayFusion isn't really maxiziming the window, it's resizing it to the bounds of the split. We don't have anything further on this but it is still open on our list. I've added your vote to it, so we'll be sure to let you know if we have any news on it in the future.

Thanks!
