Hi - I'm want to load a particular monitor profile (automatically) ...
at the moment, I'm trying the following command:
"C:\Program Files (x86)\DisplayFusion\DisplayFusionCommand.exe" -monitorloadprofile "[2-3-1]"

This appears to work ok (all the screens go black, and re-appear in the desired order and with their corect resolutions), except I am then prompted with:

"Do you want to keep this Monitor Configuration", with options of "Keep Changes" or "Revert" with a 15 second revert timeout

How can I bypass this prompt, and force it to use the "Keep Changes" option ?

-Tom

ps. I'm using version Display Fusion [3.4.1, Beta 16] on Windows 7x64

You can bypass the confirmation prompt for monitor configuration changes by enabling the "Monitor Configuration: Don't Show Confirm Prompt" Advanced Setting. (click the Advanced Settings button on the bottom of the DisplayFusion Settings window).

To enable it, set it's value to 1.

Thanks!

So glad this was added, I recall someone complaining about 3 months ago about this option! - I've enabled it.
I must say just to save you guys a headache of forum posts about this, I recommend a box on the
"Monitor Configuration" page (where you save / load / manager monitor profiles)

At the bottom right next to help a tickbox saying "prompt for confirmation on profile changes" seems the most logical place to put it!

P.S Paying member already, so I just thought I'd let you guys know. Keep up the amazing work, this app really is the bees knees and leaves the competition for dead (I'm sure you know who!)

Thanks

@S: Thanks for the compliments and the feedback! The option is a bit dangerous/flaky, as you could possibly try to enable a profile with modes that the monitors don't support (i.e. laptop users that connect to different monitors regularly). So for now, we'll just leave it as an Advanced Setting :)

Is there any way to change the length of this timeout? I'm not quite brave enough to turn it off, but when I switch between my laptop and desktop machines I have a monitor where I have to remember to switch the input source and I often forget or get distracted and have to switch the profile again after it reverts. I would love to be able to change it to 30 seconds or so.

There isn't at the moment, but we should be able to add that as an Advanced Setting. I'll be sure to let you know when we do :)

Thanks!

We've just released a new DisplayFusion beta version (http://www.displayfusion.com/Download/Beta/) and there's now a "Confirmation Prompt Timeout" setting in the Advanced Settings window. Please let us know if you run into any trouble after updating.

Thanks!
