Thanks for sending that over, everything looks good there. I tested your backup on my end as well, it seemed to work fine. It looks like you're using the number pad for your hotkeys, do you have num lock enabled on your keyboard?
Also, are you using any other 3rd party applications that might be interfereing with those key combinations?

After some more troubleshooting i just solved the issue.
It seems like i have a winkey lock function on my keyboard.
So i just pressed WIN + FN and just like that everything worked again.
Had no idéa this even existed untill now.
Feels kind of silly beeing such benign issue, but hey that's what did it in the end.
