When I use this shortcut between my two monitors (2560x1440 and 1920x1080) certain Windows will shrink making them unusable. They don't just change size because of resolution differences though, for instance if a dialog box had okay and cancel buttons at the bottom of the window it will shrink until you can't see them then not have scrollbars and you can't drag to resize the window at all. Using the shortcut back and forth between the monitors will continue to decrease the window size. This behavior seems to be new as of the 7.2 update. I'm using Windows 8.1 still.
