I use a file manager program and on the second monitor, I'm unable to close it, as well when I hover over the task bar window the start menu flashes ?

I believe XYplorer was and still is hung but only on the second monitor, it closes on the primary monitor, although you would expect it should close on the second monitor instead; and it remains like this on my second monitor, I can't close XY taskbar window.

As well, as I mentioned, when I hover over the preview window for XY, which as you mentioned doesn't show, the Windows10 start icon on the second monitor flashes, literally flashes; odd. That is the best I can describe the issue, I try recording a video screen shot but, recording the windows task bar along with flashing start menu icon is next to impossible.

It appears as though a restart of the computer resolved the problem. I'm going to close this case but if I should need to re-open; I'll reference this thread.
