If you open RealVNC viewer window on main desktop, make it full-screen, open Firefox on second display with DF taskbar, it will be impossible to make firefox window active until you restore RealVNC window from full-screen (KEY: or do something to show windows main taskbar).
Note that full-screen RealVNC viewer window is really full-screen, it hides main taskbar.

Note that without DF there is no issue.

Data point: Cannot repro using Windows 7 x64, Firefox 3.6 (up to date), and Real VNC 4.1.3 (current free version). VNC and Firefox work fine full screen on either primary or secondary monitor with DF current Beta 2.

Same when VMWare Workstation 7 window is full-screen on main display, instead of RealVNC window.

Here it is: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BhdkMUcpyfw
I'd test it with brand-new beta 14!
For the apps i'd choose again realvnc and firefox, but the same issue comes with at least vmware workstation window, full-screened on main monitor.
You will see that I need 3-4 clicks on firefox caption to activate it (main windows taskbar will be showed too).

- Does this issue happen only when DF is running?
Yes. With DF taskbar option enabled.
When DF taskbar disabled or DF closed and when I click over Firefox, windows taskbar shows "right now" and Firefox window become focused;
- Does the issue happen if you disable the "global application hooks" in DF?
I'm sorry I can't to find that option. Is it "General: Application hook" in advance settings? Now it's value is disabled and I didn't change it before;
- Which version of Windows are you using?
Windows XP SP3 English with all updates available. More tech spec. you can see in DF debug log, which I PM'd you some times ago.

The effect is fuzzy. Some times it need fast double click to activate window, sometimes it need click on windows's caption, but not always.
Strange that with App hook = 0 the result is same.
Note that, anyway, if I turned off DF's tasks bar, windows, which are on second display, activated via 1 click (and Windows shows own task bar).

OK, I'd set it to zero, restart DF, firefox and vnc connection.
Issue is still here and even worse: subjectively, it need more clicks to activate firefox on right monitor - 3-5, or fast double click.
Sometimes Windows taskbar shows, sometimes it's only flicker.

Yep.
Without DF own task bar Firefox activates via one click when previously RealVNC was focused and full-screen on main display.

I did as you said.
I'm sorry, but it seems that the problem is still there.
OK, guys. We all worked hard.. Let's close this issue with my other questions (Adobe Readex X and click the middle mouse button, flickering task bar when watching flash- video).

I use beta 6 now.
No notable changes was found in my question.
Please close this issue. I had no of luck, but it's ok.

Funny that you implement always showing header of RealVNC's window. Yes, such solution works.
Only issue is middle-button click. Instead of moving to the next screen, RealVNC window flicker and stays on it's place.

Nope. Since beta 15 middle-button click action stop working at all. I tried to recheck it, restart DF.
Guys! I'm sorry for my next words.
It's a bit boring to report or test issues after minor updates. Something working here, but stop working there. If feature couldn't work correct in any ways, maybe it is a reason to not publish it? All or nothing, though.
2,5 years ago I bought DF instead of UltraMon and other alternative cause it updates often. So, written and maintained by someones, who love their work. Since now, it doesn't matter for me only just as issues reported by me.
Thanks. Previous experience was good enough.
