I am having a number of issues with windows scaling.

I'm using Surface Book and 2 external monitors on the docking brick.

The laptop monitor is 3000x2000 and does 2x scaling, the 2 monitors are 1920x1200 and 1x scaled.
Several menu items and dialog boxes are basically microscopic on the laptop monitor while others are gigantic on the external monitors.

The text in the taskbar (icons with title) is giant in the 2 external monitors.
