More spesifically it seems to move down lower than the monitor can actually display, as I can see a tinny sliver of the taskbar. Fixes itself when restarting explorer.

That is very strange, is that the Windows taskbar or DisplayFusion taskbar? Does this happen every time after a wallpaper change? Does it happen if you change the wallpaper with Windows when DisplayFusion isn't running?

Using the windows task bar. Yeah, every time display fusion changes the wallpaper, the task bar will disappear/go to the bottom of the screen in ~5 ish seconds after the walpaper changed. Will need to check later to see if changing the wallpaper in windows has the same issue.

Turns out the issue did present itself when changing the wallpaper normally, without Display Fusion running. I ran the SFC and DISM commands, updated my graphics drivers, updated windows, and the problem seemes to have vanished. Strange...
