Hello

So im using DP now, and i like it.

But im having one "Problem" (can i call it like that).

When i play a Game on Borderless-Fullscreen, and then alt-Tab to Firefox that is on another Monitor, it wont show me the Taskbar on the Mainwindow where the Game is.

In the Settings i see a Option to turn exactly that on (show taskbar on fullscreen apps when they loose focus), but it doesnt seem to work.

Im using Win10 if that helps

So the Windows taskbar on the Primary monitor isn't coming to the front when you alt+tab to another application? If you exit DisplayFusion, does it work correctly?

Sounds like a Windows bug since it's happening without DisplayFusion as well. I'm not sure what would be causing that, unfortunately :(

well, google tells me thats normal for win10. So then the option would make sense. if windows your behave like that normally, there would be no setting required by displayfusion.

So i would say its a bug from DisplayFusion...

Sorry, I should have clarified that a bit more. The option you're referring to on the DisplayFusion Settings > Taskbar tab only affects the DisplayFusion taskbars. Unfortunately DisplayFusion can't control the z-order of the Windows taskbar on the Primary monitor.

However, you can replace the Windows taskbar with the DisplayFusion taskbar. It's not a supported feature, but customers who've tried it say it works fine. Please see post #6 here for details: https://www.displayfusion.com/Discussions/View/anyway-to-make-the-df-pro-taskbar-override-the-windows-taskbar/?ID=3d0cad5b-2ab0-4b2d-acbc-cd2b45389c38#6

Hi

I did everything that you linked, and it works wonders, taskbar shows correctly when i alt-tab away. But now i have the problem that the Start-Button on the Taskbar is not working. I can bring up the menu when i click the windows-key, but clicking it doesnt do anything (on all monitors)

Could you try using Taskbar Eliminator, instead of Taskbar-Magic to hide the Windows taskbar?
