Taskbar settings or just different?

I have been evaluating DF for 2 weeks now and really like it. I am getting ready to push the purchase button. I have a couple of minor issues with the Taskbar, I admit I'm very picky. Can I adjust the icon spacing and have the application buttons placed over the icons (see the attached image)? Am I missing some settings or are these things not possible in DF Pro v4.0.1? If not possible maybe in a future version?

Thanks for a nice program!

Glad to hear you're liking DisplayFusion so far! In the latest 4.1 Beta version, we've added the functionality for combining the shortcuts with the running applications. Can you give it a try from the link below?

You should also be able to control the gap between the taskbar buttons using the "Taskbar: Taskbar Button Gap Size" option in the Advanced Settings.

Please let me know if you have any other questions at all.

Thanks!

Thanks for the quick reply. I will try the beta version as soon as I have time. My question was about the gap/spacing between the shortcut icons not the running application buttons.

Yep! In the beta, since they're combined, that Advanced Setting will affect the buttons for both the shortcuts, and the running programs

Thanks the beta did it! Now if DF could do one more thing, it would be da bomb! I will create another post since it has nothing to do with this one.
