Using the current beta of DF. I use Dragon (Chromium-based) for my primary browser. Installed version of Comodo Dragon is 21.2.1.0.

The titlebar will not display on the browser. This is confirmed on two separate computers.

Ironically, when I was checking the browser version, the titlebar appears on the About window, but not the browser itself.

I haven't noticed any other programs with this issue. Seems to be limited to the Dragon browser. IE 9.0 does not have this issue nor does the latest version of FireFox (release channel).

Thoughts?
