Hello everyone, I've had an issue come up with Displayfusion a couple of days ago where the trigger for my browser stops working. I have DisplayFusion programmed to move the browser window to whichever monitor the cursor is on, however over the last few days it's been doing something odd. The trigger seems to be "overridden" if there isn't a window already up, for example if there are no browser windows up, and I try to open a browser window on my left-hand monitor (not the primary monitor), it'll pop up on my main monitor, move over to the other monitor from the trigger, then move back to the original monitor, and this doesn't happen if there is already a browser window up. Anyone have any idea how to fix this, or even an idea of what might be causing it? The only thing I can suspect is Windows updates breaking something but I'm not very sure about that yet

Are you lauching the browser via a taskbar shortcut?

Yes I am, also this issue is still persisting through deleting and recreating the trigger. It still goes to the opposite monitor

If you right click the icon and select "Edit this pinned item", is "Force application to start on same monitor as Taskbar" enabled? That will override triggers, and might be causing some conflicts

I don't see a "Edit this pinned item" option and I have no clue how that setting could have changed on my desktop, if it did

Could you send me over a screenshot of what you see when right clicking the icon?

This issue is also now occuring for me with firefox. I do not have the browser pinned to any taskbar and it's being launched via the start menu & desktop shortcut.

I recently updated from v10.1 beta 5 to v10.1 beta 6. Nothing has changed with my settings / taskbars since updating.

I've downgraded from v10.1 beta 6 to v10.0 and the trigger is now working as intended again.

Well that's really odd, it seems like I'm on version 10.0 and this is still happening. I also think a windows update occured the night before this started happening. Is it possible that the update could have broken something as well?

Update: I found the solution. So the "Edit this pinned item" option was not showing up because I was using the main monitor taskbar. My second monitor taskbar had that option for my web browser so I was able open that up and uncheck the "force application to start on same monitor as Taskbar" option

Thanks for sending that over. This is likely due to conflicts with ESET. We have some changes coming in our next beta that might help here, so we'll let you know once it's released.

So this is going to seem really weird but, the issues I originally had, came back. And it doesn't have anything to do with the settings under "Edit this pinned item" this time. If Windows updates are breaking DF at this point, I'm switching to Linux tomorrow. This is getting really stupid and I'm losing my patience
