See attaachment, this is super easy to replicate, just open 2 instances of a browser on a 2nd screen (not primary/built in taskbar)
Replicated on 9.9 and latest 10.0 beta as of 1/23/2022

Do you have your taskbar set to anything other then "Bottom"?

I have a mix, I have one ultrawide monitor that I have splits on so it's split into 3 monitors, middle of that is native windows taskbar, left and right of that is bottom.
I have another monitor that has the taskbar on the top. Is that the problem?

EDIT: I should note that this happens on the ones on the bottom and the one at the top ;)

Ah I was able to reproduce this on my end as well, but it looks like it has the same effect on the Windows taskbar as well. It seems to happen when you have multiple windows open but the focus is on a window on a different taskbar.

Does your's continue to show the blue line even when this happens?

I cannot replicate on windows taskbar itself.

See here

It only happens on other monitor taskbars and only when 2 (or more) windows of the same program are open, and the active window.

Ah yep, I was able to reproduce this on my end so I've added it to our list to look into.

Thanks!
