DWM "ColorizationColor" control taskbar color and window frame color, which is very weird any way
with startisback we can setup different color for taskbar.

While DF, additional task bar take color from "ColorizationColor" resulting in different taskbar color...

Could you please colorize taskbar correctly if we use startisback or add a feature to select taskbar color
