I would love this feature because I have over 50 profiles, and it's a pain to open up wallpapers in Photoshop and flip them horizontally so the nicer features of the photo are on my second monitor.
I always use Fit Best and Maintain Aspect Ratio (Clip Edges), and my monitor setup is a 1920x1200 landscape plus a 1200x1920 portrait. Generally my second monitor doesn't have much on it, so I take care the wallpaper looks nice.
If the JPEG's EXIF data has the orientation, it should rotate it automatically if you have the "Rotate wallpaper images automatically using JPEG EXIF information" setting enabled on the Wallpaper tab in the DisplayFusion settings.
As for images that don't have the EXIF data, we do have an open feature request to be able to flip, rotate, or mirror wallpaper images. I've added your vote to it.
Thanks!
