Hello,

How do I disable the taskbar transparency ? I use "StartIsBack" and for the the first monitor I have disabled it (the transparency) from "StartIsBack". On the second monitor the taskbar created by DisplayFusion is transparent. How do I disable this ?
I have searched but did not find any option for this.

Thanks.

Have you tried this, Right click on the secondary taskbar and click on Settings.
In the Window that opens, click on 'Taskbar' in the left hand pane.
Change the Taskbar Opacity to suit.

Thanks for the answer.

The opacity is at 100% already, nothing I can do there.
See the attached screenshot. The left monitor is OK, the right one is with the transparent taskbar.

Thanks.

It's not currently possible to disable the transparency on the DisplayFusion taskbar in Windows 8, but we're hoping to add it as an advanced setting in a future version. I'll be sure to post an update if/when we're able to.

Thanks!

After reinstall system to Windows 8 this is the feature I'm missing most in Display Fusion. I'm also using StartIsBack (I think this is the best from what I tried), and I can disable transparency on main task bar but not Display Fusion one.

@Marcin: I've added your vote to the open feature request to allow the taskbar transparency to be disabled.

Thanks!

DisplayFusion 5.1 Beta 3 (http://www.displayfusion.com/Download/Beta/) is now available, and this issue should be all fixed up. You can disable the transparency using the "Taskbar > Disable Windows Aero Taskbar Transparency" option in the Advanced Settings.

Thanks!
