DisplayFusion 9.4 Beta 1 Now Available!

August 23, 2018

We're very excited to announce that DisplayFusion 9.4 Beta 1 is now available for download! This version fixes a few Windows 10 Start menu issues that were present in 9.3. It also fixes a memory leak, TitleBar Button positions on some apps, and a few other minor issues.

Important Notes!

  • The first time you open the Settings > Screen Saver tab after installing 9.4 Beta 1, it will be very slow to open, due to Windows Defender locking the .scr files for a long time during the initial scan.

DisplayFusion 9.4 Beta 1 Highlights

  • Fixed an issue where the Win 10 Start menu sub-menus (Shutdown, User Menu, etc) would close immediately after opening
  • Fixed an issue where the Win 10 Start menu would re-open after selecting a program
  • Fixed the Facebook login for the Facebook wallpaper source
  • Fixed an issue that caused Trigger rules to sometimes randomly disappear
  • Added support for Open-Shell Start menu on Windows 10
  • Added new scripting functions for running functions and waiting until they're done

DisplayFusion 9.2.4 Now Available!

June 8, 2018

We're very excited to announce that DisplayFusion 9.2.4 is now available for download! This version fixes up an issue from 9.2.2 where taskbars and TitleBar Buttons sometimes were hidden, as well as a few other smaller issues.

Important Notes!

  • We skipped version 9.2.3 because it was used only for internal/limited public testing.

  • Resolved an issue where the wallpaper window was completely broken in remote desktop sessions

  • Resolved a memory leak with taskbar shortcuts
  • Resolved an issue with Monitor Fading and 'Fade Non-Primary Monitors'
